**In this role, you will**:

- Manage a portfolio of existing customers in a number of industry subsectors, geographies and structures;
- Conduct credit assessment, report writing, and presentation of key risks and issues in a concise and timely manner;
- Be proactive in developing potential business growth opportunities from within the portfolio;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships internally across Corporate Banking, Corporate and Commercial Credit, Global Markets and the wider Group and externally including participation at customer meetings and attendance at social events;
- Prepare and review term sheets and other legal and operational documentation;
- Co-ordinate, support and deliver timely and accurate returns of a varied nature;
- Working with other teams / business divisions including cross-team projects and initiatives, as required;
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Group Code of Conduct and adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory controls.

- You have demonstrable experience in a relevant business or corporate environment
- You have brilliant credit, financial analysis and report writing skills
- Your analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving are sound
- Experience of full suite of corporate financing products and hedging strategies is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral are important for this role
- You have a keen eye for business and are a strong teammate, with an ability to work on own initiative;
- You are ambitious, driven and resilient and are comfortable working to tight timeframes

**More about the Team**:
Our Team is responsible for the origination and ongoing management (including risk assessment) of credit lines to corporates within the Consumer Services sector and manages a growing loan portfolio with cross sale of the Group's full suite of products and services.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the UK with the primary office location as London. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager. #LI-HYBRID #IJ-HYBRID
