Passenger Assistants work in conjunction with our drivers, ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of vulnerable students during their journeys to and from school.

We are a close-knit and highly supportive team where everyone supports each other. We work weekdays, at the start and end of the school day, and enjoy the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at our home address. We accrue a pro-rata entitlement to paid leave and for those interested, there are additional hours available.

We firmly believe that to be a Passenger Assistant it's about being patient, empathetic, and driven by a desire to make a positive impact. No previous knowledge, skills, or experience needed because we provide comprehensive training.
