In order to provide the best service to patients, it is vital that our culture and our processes are aligned. **Who we are looking for**:
We need someone to lead the growing HR function of the organisation, an HR generalist with experience in recruitment, learning and development, disciplinary procedures, and supporting (but not administering) payroll.

You will be based across all the practices at Hope Citadel, with an office in Kirkholt. You will work within the experienced Operations Team alongside an HR administrator.
