Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts from 7am to 2am any day of the week, but we are willing to have an open discussion about possible shift patterns with applicants

**As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Hard Days Night, your main duties will be**:

- Providing the service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team, or Meetings & Events working weddings, functions and other events
- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service position
- Attentive, professional customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
- Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)
- Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality

As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest

**About the Hotel**

Housed in the magnificent Grade II listed Central Buildings, dating back to 1884, the beautifully restored boutique hotel is steeped in history. The Beatles-inspired hotel features elegantly furnished and individually decorated rooms with specially commissioned artwork.

The hotel’s flagship restaurant, Blakes, is named after pop artist Sir Peter Blake who created the artwork for the cover of the Sgt Peppers album cover. Guests can indulge in a delicious meal whilst surrounded by wall to wall Beatles artwork. The hotel has 2 bars, Bar Four, one of Liverpool’s premier cocktail bars and The Lounge & Bar which hosts some of the city’s top acoustic musicians every Friday and Saturday night.
