**Job Purpose**:
To provide high quality, customer service focused and effective administration in the Payroll team, the post holder will report to the Payroll Operations Manager and will undertake key administration tasks that support the delivery of the Payroll team andPayroll for the Trust.

- Main duties:

- Report to the Payroll Operations Manager and undertake work as delegated.
- Provide administrative support as part of the Payroll team which will include inputting data, scanning information, filing information electronically, issuing data as required and ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage daily correspondence incoming and outgoing.
- Order materials on behalf of team and maintain stock levels.
- Collate information received on expenses claims and additional payment data. Assess for accuracy and completeness of information provided.
- Consistently demonstrate high standards of customer care, supported by proactive and positive communication
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the ESR solution and other payroll systems.

Please note, previous pay roll experience is not essential. If you have worked in an admin setting before and are open to learning you new skills then this post could be for you. Hours of work are 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours. This is a 12 months fixed role.
