**The Role**:
As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in two key areas:

- **Partner Expansion**: You'll collaborate closely with our Partners, guiding them through the hiring process as they expand their teams, ensuring seamless searches and recruitment processes.
- **gcTrust Colleague Recruitment**: You'll lead searches and coordinate the hiring process for new gcTrust colleagues, providing expert advice and tailored recruitment strategies.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Collaborating with Partner Services to anticipate hiring needs
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Crafting job descriptions and advertisements
- Facilitating interviews and providing timely feedback
- Previous experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house
- Familiarity with the legal industry (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication and interviewing skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiting and job boards
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
