**Customer Service Co-ordinator**

**(Salary: £24,000 rising to £25,000 per annum after probation)**

Thriiver are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and friendly **Customer Service Co-ordinators** to join our exceptional customer services team on a full time, permanent basis. Our aim is to provide clear and relevant information, practicalsupport and guidance to our growing customer/client base.

We provide assistive technology and training solutions to individuals with disibilities and neurodiverse conditions in the workplace, as well as advice to employers on how they can support their employees to thrive in their working lives. **A little bit about what you will be doing on a day to day basis**:

- Administration, including processing customer/client orders.
- Creating and sending quotations to our clients.
- Liaising with customers/employers to book training and coaching sessions.
- Assisting with diary management for our team of Trainers.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that confidentiality and privacy is upheld at all times.
- Building positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promoting Thriiver products and services when speaking to our customers and clients.

**Previous experience would be ideal but we think that individuals with these qualities are also a great match for this position**:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding administrative abilities with great attention to detail.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

**What we are offering**:

- Full time, permanent position (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm)
- Salary: £24,000 per annum rising to £25,000 per annum after successful completion of probation
