**Graduate Scheme - Primary Teaching Assistant - the responsibilities**
- Placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Plan and deliver English and Maths intervention sessions
- Provide 1:1 and group support to children
- Become a valued member of the team and the school’s community
- Run your very own enrichment activities e.g sports, choir, MFL or arts
**Person specification - Graduate Scheme - Primary Teaching Assistant**
- Graduate with a 2:1 or higher
- Strong academic background
- Drive to inspire the next generation
- Ambition and can-do attitude
- Be a positive role-model
- Previous experience working with children and young people desirable
- Clear commitment to education and teaching
