**EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in Marsden Heights, Nelson, BB9 0PR. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £21,489.00 per annum.**:
**Shifts**

ROTATIONAL SHIFT PATTERN of 05.30-13.30 and 11.00-19.00

**What will you deliver?**:
Responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard. Assist the Area Supervisor in meeting the requirements of the Project Agreement.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience of providing general cleaning and security duties and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems
- Experience of supervising the work of others
- Possess good communication and customer care skills
- Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety principles
