- Manage phone and internet communication requirements for product warranty.
- Validating warranty work (Around 10-50 jobs per week)
- Advise customer options where possible.
- Liaising with the various mobile aftersales companies to repair lifts and carry out warranty work.
- Check UK and industry prices to ensure we have the most cost effective rates.
- Collect data to analyse performance opportunities.
- Work with Parts department to ensure correct parts are shipped for scheduled repairs.
- Validate invoices from aftersales companies once work is complete.
- To have input in designing and building the e-commerce web based schedule and ordering system.

- Experience in an Automotive parts environment.
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience of using Sage
- Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
- Professional telephone manner.
