**Who We're Looking For**:

- Individuals with or without prior wood floor restoration experience
- Strong work ethic and a keen desire to learn and grow

- Valid, clean driving license holders
- Local applicants within a 15-mile radius of Bridgwater

**The Role**:

- Full-time, permanent position after a successful probationary period
- 40+ hours per week, with the flexibility for overtime and some weekend work
