Brake Press Operator

First Achieve’s Engineering Division have an opportunity for an experienced Brake Press Operator, in our client’s state-of-the-art workshop in North Lanarkshire. Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field, supplying their products across the globe to various industries including Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine Industry & many more.

**What's on offer**:

- Temp to perm position
- £16 (Umbrella) £14.50 when you go permanent
- 1.5x overtime (plenty available)
- Mon-Fri day shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate brake press machine
- Produce high quality work with great attention to detail
- Maintain a safe, clean, orderly workspace at all times

**Experience and Skills required**:

- Have an FLT License or be prepared to resit one if your current license has expired
- Be mobile as you will be on your feet most of the day
- Keen eye for detail
- Machine Operation experience (Ideally in a metal fabrication environment)
- IT Literate to update the company’s systems
- Past experience in a stores capacity
