**Business/Sales Support Administrator - Belfast**

The role will involve;
- Inputting and processing sales orders
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Manage the administrative sales order process dealing with customer PO’s, order input, order confirmations and shipment updates
- Manage the customer after-sales process
- Monitor market trends (pricing and developments)
- Analyse customer order patterns and forecasts
- Co-ordinate quotes with the supporting sales pack
- Work closely with the Business Manager’s to ensure the end-to-end sales process runs smoothly for the customer
- Ensure compliance with Company, national and international legislation and statutory law (within reason)

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This is a great opportunity for someone has previous experience within an administrative role and wants to take on the next level. The position is required to be fulfilled immediately and is based at our offices in Belfast within our friendly team.
