The Role
Set on beautifully landscaped gardens, Classic Residences in Brighton East provides exquisite surrounds and exceptional facilities in a place where community spirit thrives.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused and experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent fulltime basis.
Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager. In addition to this, your tasks will include assisting on reception, managing maintenance requests and invoice management.
About You- Proven experience in Administration and Customer Service- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems with ease- Qualifications in Business or Administration would be advantageous, but not essential- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders - including subcontractors- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- A professional, initiative-taking and can-do attitude- Willingness to learn and professionally develop.
