Podcast Producer

Phonic Content - _one of the UK's leading podcast and content production agencies_ - is looking for a **brilliant Podcast Producer** to work alongside our Head Of Production to support our busy, fast-growing East London-based podcast agency.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Knowledge of the Podcasting industry
- Experience with Adobe suite of production tools
- Audio production (at least 1 year experience)
- Ability to edit long-form video and audio productions
- Ability to work on fast turnarounds
- Good use of written English to create concise show notes that highlight the key takeaways of a show
- Great communicator
- Extremely reliable
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Great work ethic - we are a BUSY agency

**ABOUT THE POSITION**:

- At least one year of experience **producing and/or promoting podcast and video media IS ESSENTIAL**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write succinct and engaging shownotes
- Experience in live recording preferable
- Recording / radio studio experience would be great
- Familiarity with the trends and best practices in podcasting, social media and online marketing
- This is an in-house full-time position 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
- This is an office-based position from our studio facilities.

**COMPENSATION**:

- The salary for this role is a competitive £18,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
- Potential to increase earnings via bi-annual review

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
