We're searching for a Barista/All rounder who is passionate about the hospitality industry. The Barista will be responsible for serving coffee and drinks to customers, as well as assisting with daily cleaning and preparing the coffee shop for business. Previous experience is not required, but proficiency in both customer service and coffee making is extremely important.

**Responsibilities**:

- Blend and prepare coffee and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Serve beverages, food, and dishes to customers.
- Maintain a sanitary, clean work environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food selections and beverage offerings for customers.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions.
- Learn about other menu items and promotions from the manager or supervisor.
- Keep a log book of daily sales in order to maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare special coffees by blending various beans and syrups to customer specification.
- Prepare specialty coffees such as latte, cappuccino, or mocha by blending beans and syrups to customer specifications.

The cafe is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Open from 10-4pm however will be required for set up and clear down. This job is available for university students also.

Contract length: 12 months

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
