**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps, plaster machines, and drills
- Perform drilling and excavation tasks according to project specifications
- Assist in the restoration of surfaces after drilling, including drywall, masonry, and flooring installation
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate drilling locations
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper functioning

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of drilling techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of caulking techniques is an advantage

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
