**The day to day role**:

- Providing full generalist people (HR) support, including working with People Team specialists, managing employee relations issues, implementing effective people management strategies, and ensuring firm policies and procedures are adhered to across the business.
- Supporting the Senior People Business Partner to drive excellence through people and culture change.
- Enabling the end-to-end process of Disciplinary, Grievance, Dismissals, Consultations & Redundancies Managing the caseload of Performance Improvement Plans through People Managers
- Advising People Managers on issues relating to policy, legislation and best practice
- Coaching, mentoring and constructively challenging managers with action toward improving colleague performance and engagement.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with People Managers to understand their needs, aims and challenges, delivering solutions and advice which meet those needs.

**To be successful**:

- CIPD level 5 or equivalent
- Confident and effective communicator
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Saffron Walden: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
