Bartender/mixologist

**Boulevard is an exciting, brand new bar opening in Louth, Lincolnshire from the team behind the popular The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill (right opposite)**
Boulevard is a highly anticipated project and an idea that's been in the pipeline for years. We'll be offering an excellent range of drinks for the town alongside much more.

**Let's get straight to the point...**
We're looking for hard-working, reliable, bubbly bartenders/mixologists to join our team.
We'll be offering a great range of hand-crafted cocktails and drinks so cocktail/mixology knowledge is desirable.

You'll be the life and soul of Boulevard and our customers are going to watching so you must be have **great charisma, be well presented and polite. **Your duties will include **serving drinks and cocktails, use of a POS system, cleaning and general bar work.**

Applicant must have a **great knowledge of drinks, good understanding of the industry and be able to work in a **_**very**_ **fast paced environment while not compromising on service and standard.**

Pay is paid weekly and from £11.25ph with a bonus system to come into place after opening, meaning we offer a very competitive pay for the position. We'll have multiple part time openings available.

Boulevard opens early December.
