What You’ll Do-
- Extensive knowledge about the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, not limited to MobiControl and inclusive of other MDM / EMM platforms as applicable.-
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills exhibiting a high degree of professionalism as a representative of Global Training and SOTI.- A positive attitude is required to ensure high-quality outputs, consistent delivery of commitments, and a rich learning experience for students.- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, remain agile and flexible, and act with good judgment when circumstances are not as expected.- Awareness of the different contractual relationships between partners and SOTI, the limitations/operational parameters governing what can be shared with each partner.- Collaborate with Global Training’s team members and take direction and guidance from the Director of the department to create training plans for global audiences.- Flexibility to travel and perform Instructor Led Training and/or ability to organize Web Based Training solutions and self-learning strategies including coordination of facilitation duties.- Oversee training and quality for locations that may not be visited in person by networking with in-region personnel.- Act as Global Training’s lead facilitator for Training initiatives ensuring world-class training deliveries, and that learner experience is never compromised.- Continual improvement process to close the loop on feedback addressing Trainer issues and negative comments.

Impact and Contribution-
- Trainers’ readiness to deliver and facilitate training to a SOTI quality standard is critical to the credibility and overall success of our products and programs. Trainer authorization is a prerequisite to authenticating a SOTI trainer.- Trainer to be certified on SOTI product certifications and other applicable certifications important to understanding MDM & EMM environments and adjacent platforms.- SOTI Certified Trainer certificate is maintained and recertified every 2 years in keeping with Global Training’s new-age training techniques and digital learning.

Collaboration & Cross Functional Teams- Acting as an SME for product knowledge intake; contributing solutions and assisting the Content Manager with deliverables and materials, aligning needs with Programs and Project training plans. Represent facilitation working with product owners/managers to deliver training for new product introductions (NPI). This also includes special events and training requests as supported by Global Training’s business model/mandate.

Experience You’ll Bring- Adult learning education background/post-secondary education equivalency- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Exceptional presentation skills proficient in MS Office Suite- Partner relationship management- Strong knowledge and experience with MDM / EMM products and solutions- 3-5 years of related work portfolio experience
