Supporting Children & Young People with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND)

Location: Standbridge Community Centre, Wakefield, WF2 7NP

The centre is open during school holidays and we are currently recruiting volunteers for the 4-week summer programme starting 29th July 2024

Sessions run from 10am - 3pm

Applicants must be aged over 18yrs

Children will be aged 5-17yrs

Activities may include supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in a friendly and supportive environment.

Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children and expects volunteers to share this commitment.

Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
