I am working closely with an organisation with offices across the North West. In this fast-paced role you will be a shared resource and work directly with the members of the Senior Leadership Team and CEO providing executive and administrative support andproject management. You will work directly with internal and external colleagues and provide high quality, professional support to assist the highly functioning team members perform to their maximum potential. You will have current PA and project managementexperience and skills with in event management too. You will ideally have charitable sector experience although this is essential yet a passion and understanding of charities would be an advantage.
The main things you will be asked to do in this role:

- Communicate at a senior level with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to support the Senior Team.
- Manage the workflows of Senior Leadership Team Meetings
- Assist the team to prepare agendas and drive forward action against the forward plan.
- Develop and present information to a high standard to progress the work of SLT - i.e. preparing documents and presentations for external or internal audiences; liaising with senior personnel to plan and execute Full Staff meetings, Board meetings and planningdays; liaising between internal groups to feedback and escalate issues.
- Full diary management which will include assisting some SLT members with information flow
- Track and ensure progress against agreed actions of SLT, and report back verbally or in writing on progress in an efficient manner
- Assist the CEO in providing governance support to the Board,
- Preparing agendas and papers including capturing actions and ensuring these are completed.
- Provide confidential administrative support to support the work of SLT and CEO
About you:

- Must have worked at a PA/EA level at senior level either managing CEO, Chairman, SLT or Group MD for a minimum of 3 years
- Educated to GCSE standard - Maths and English (minimum)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong evidence of business writing and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise and respond to evolving demands
- Have an in depth understanding of a PA role, allowing you to quickly operate effectively in this key role
- Have a demonstrable track record of working proactively and with high levels of discretion and attention to detail
- Be extremely self-motivated, flexible, and able to readily deal with a fast-paced environment, pre-empting and handling situations before they arise
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and use your own initiative
