An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and respected name in the world of Boat Sales and Brokerage in the UK. We have been Jeanneau dealers & brokers for over 30 years, supplying boats to the UK, the Mediterranean and all around the World.

This is a new permanent role that has been created due to the expansion of the business and is based full-time in the office in Swanwick Marina, which overlooks the River Hamble. The role involves processing invoices, raising sales invoices, reconciling supplier statements, dealing with queries and general office administration.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Processing purchase invoices daily,
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries and discrepancies,
- Maintaining timely communication with suppliers,
- Assist with the preparation of payment runs,
- Raising sales invoices for after-sales services,
- Answering telephone enquiries for the sales team,
- General office administration and support,
- Boat sales administration.

**What you will need**:

- Excellent attention to detail, methodical and super organised,
- Confident organisation and time management skills,
- Flexible in approach and enthusiasm to learn processes,
- Accurate typing and computer literacy skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Experience of working in a similar position,
- Experience of Sage50 Professional beneficial but not essential.
