The role is for an experienced Nursery Deputy or an experienced leader. The role requires the individual to hit the ground running and take the nursery to great heights through quality and innovation. We need bags of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude for this exciting opportunity. The nursery has a happy, wonderful team who work very hard for the children in their care.

**Hours: 8.30am - 4.00pm 30hrs Mon-Fri (Flexible start and finish time)**

The responsibilities include:

- To implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage with Special emphasis on the Outdoor curriculum, including overseeing planning and record keeping.
- Implement and reinforce the company policies, procedures and processes
- Providing parents with information, support and communication that is required
- Working closely with management and external support agencies.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum 2 years’ early years’ experience
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Strong people management skills: Staff and Parents
