**What you will be doing?**

As an Administrator you will be responsible for effective general business administration duties to support the effective operation of the service including data auditing. You will closely with the team of administrators in effectively managing referrals and allocation from secure digital platforms to the relevant support lead.

You will work in partnership with staff, volunteers, and the people we support to guarantee that we maintain a high-quality service which meets the needs of those engaged.

**What we are looking for?**
- Excellent Administrative and IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience of processing sensitive data.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to plan your workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to work skilfully and with attention to detail under pressure.
- Highly effective organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to support with data auditing.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Be adaptable and responsive to the business needs.
- Ability to think laterally and problem solve.
- Full driving licence, own car and business insurance is essential.
