HR Administration Assistant

Well established and growing Education foundation are looking for a **HR Admin Assistant** to join their HR team in their **Peterborough** based head office.
**Hybrid working**; 2 days in Office, 3 days work from home, comes with **26-day holiday** entitlement and a **fantastic suite of benefits**
Reporting into the Reward and Policy Manager, this role will be **administrative support** so is a great role for someone who is starting their career in HR or looking for a role that is varied and generalist administration.
**As HR Admin Assistant you will**:
- People and Development Committee - administration lead including planning and distributing agendas and papers and minute taking.
- Joint Negotiating Committee - administration lead including ensuring that trades unions meetings run smoothly, taking minutes, collating, and distributing all meeting materials.
- Support recruitment activity for Central Office roles, working with the Central Office HR Administrator to provide a seamless delivery of recruitment administration and on-boarding.
- General administration for the HR team, including mail merges.
**The right HR Admin Assistant will need**:
- Minimum A level standard education or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 A*-C (including Maths and English)
- Comprehensive administrative skills including minute taking.
- Ability to prioritise, communicate, multitask, working proficiently with MS Office Suite.
