**Your new role**
A Senior PMO is required to provide an excellent level of PMO Support to a variety of Digital and Technology Transformation programmes. The Senior PMO will be required to work in a highly unstructured environment, both at a Central PMO level and at a project/programme level.
The Senior PMO Analyst will be required to implement and roll-out PMO processes and practices both centrally and for a specific Data Transformation programme. The Senior PMO will be responsible for all elements of PMO support including Risk and issue management,reporting, governance and financials. The role will involve alot of close interaction with senior level stakeholders to C-levels.
**What you'll need to succeed**You will be an experienced Senior PMO Analyst with a strong background in providing support to a range of technology and digital transformation projects and programmes. You must have experience gained working in an unstructured environment previously and beable to demonstrate this experience with relevant examples. You will have worked at both Central and project/ programme level and have experience of implementing PMO functions from scratch previously.
You will have experience of supporting both Agile and Waterfall projects and will have a good understanding of the project lifecycle. You must also have a good level of senior level stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience of Financial services is essential, specific Private Equity industry knowledge would be particular of interest but not essential.
