As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities include:

- Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
- Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Achieving personal and branch targets
- Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
- Building strong relationships with local property owners.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
