The Falcon is a stunning Georgian townhouse, with 11 boutique bedrooms, a traditional bar and spacious dining room. **In this role we need someone with**
- Previous experience in a premium hospitality business
- Excellent food & drink knowledge
- Good understanding of the importance of financial targets
- Their own transport to get to and from work
