Treasury Analyst

Treasury Process Owner: lead month-end banking and treasury related tasks, in line with Group Reporting timetable. Responsible for all bank account and related balance sheet reconciliations.

Ownership of the banking interfaces and online banking platforms for the company.

Responsible for any improvements, rationalization projects for company bank accounts.

Responsible for maintaining and improving the financial control environment, with associated accounting policy changes and communication across the business.

Responsible for the overall cash forecasting process within the Selecta organization.

Ownership and maintenance of all company bank mandates and related bank administration.

Oversee Treasury operations, company bank accounts and investments, lead the banking relations on behalf of the company.

Accurate, timely and efficient cash flow management and forecasting, driving improvements to optimise liquidity and the return on investments.

Responsible for improvements to financial data quality and accuracy across core Treasury processes, working with the Head of Financial Control and Technology colleagues.

Representing Treasury on the future Finance systems strategy, working together with Selecta Group to scope, plan and execute future finance systems change.

Manage, on behalf of the Head of Financial Control, the UK&I Treasury policies and associated procedures.

Contribute towards any Finance improvement projects or change programmes.

Motivate, lead and develop the Treasury team members.
