**Employment Tribunal & Employment Law Consultant - £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Benefits - Lowton, Warrington**

We are looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal & Employment Law Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide clients with first class support and advice in respect of any Employment Law issue, and represent clients who are faced withEmployment Tribunal/Early Conciliation claims.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Employment Tribunal & Employment Law Consultant include, but are not limited to:

- Providing clients with advice in respect of complex employment law issues
- Liaising with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims
- Acting as the client’s representative in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy
- Drafting Settlement Agreements and related documents
- Preparing written briefings, reports and articles on HR/Employment Law topics
- Designing and delivering Employment Law training

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Employment Tribunal & Employment Law Consultant are:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, and the ability to provide confident advice in a friendly manner.
- In-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Advocacy
- Organisational skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a similar consultancy environment would be an advantage.
