**THE ROLE**:
The primary focus of this role is to support students in enhancing their existing skills and to foster inclusive practices that minimise barriers to learning for disabled students and those with additional learning needs. As a vital member of the professional services team, the postholder will collaborate to provide specialist tuition and strategies to support students with specific learning differences, autistic spectrum conditions, mental health challenges and global learning differences.

The role involves a crucial responsibility to empower individual students, promoting their independence and autonomy as learners, while developing effective strategies to support diverse learning needs. The postholder is integral to contributing to ASDAC's broader strategies, policies, and priorities, playing a key role in representing the service as one that is professional, of high quality, and student-centred.
