ATEC Print is a family run print and label manufacturer, who specialise in producing high quality labels. We're looking to add a machine operator to our growing production team.

You'll operate and maintain a Timson industrial press, producing various labels, change paper reels, clean and maintain equipment, and perform other assigned duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out detailed instructions from job orders
- Set up/adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
- Maintain machinery
- Responsible for following company processes & procedures
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment and area by completing daily housekeeping assignments.

**Role Requirements**:

- Good mechanical aptitude and skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Must be able to work well within a team environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Forklift truck license would be beneficial but not necessary
- Any print finishing experience is a bonus.

**Physical Demands**:

- Manually push paper reels to the rear of the press when setting up(Approx 2-3m)
- Ability to lift up to 10-25kgs

Full Training will be provided. Salary would be based on experience.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Thursday - 8.00am to 5.00pm

Friday - 8.00am to 2.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
