Job Summary:

- Assist in the construction and maintenance of new builds and extensions, including landscapes
- Dig trenches and excavate areas for installation of utilities and drainage systems
- Operate machinery
- Install and repair fences, pathways, and other outdoor structures
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Groundworker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and read drawings
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
