Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our clients premises. As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of our cleaning portfolio.

This job is scheduled Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all designated areas.
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, including toilets, sinks and mirrors.
- Empty and dispose of bins and recycling materials in the appropriate waste stream.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Ensure that all surfaces are disinfected and free from dirt, stains, and spills.
- Restock and maintain supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, following proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate cleaning products.
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication to ensure efficient task completion.
- Handle special cleaning requests and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment is required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
