Myles Roberts is supporting a Tier 1 Bank in recruiting a Technical Project Manager for the Secrets Management aspect of their IAM Programme.
**Skills required**:
- IT Project management experience (> 7 years)
- Hands on experience of delivering projects within the Agile Methodology
- Proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity and operations teams
- Good understanding of IAM products and controls capabilities and requirements, e.g. HashiCorp Vault
- To drive and lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills
- Positive team player working as part of a large programme
- Strong problem solving skills
- High autonomy, very strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence
***Desirable skills**:
- Previous experience of Secrets Management
- Previous Cloud Platform experience
- Familiar with Dev Sec Ops practises
- Experience of working with global teams
- Agile and Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches
- Microsoft Project
