**Salary**: £12 per hour (£10.90 per hour including £1.10 market supplement)
**Location**: Baycroft, Orpington
**Hours & Shift Pattern: 36** hours per week, 3 x 12-hour shifts, alternative weekends.

We are now recruiting a dynamic **Care Assistant **to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. Along with desirable experience as a Care Assistant, you should have a genuine interestin caring for vulnerable adults.
**We’ll reward your hard work by**:

**And in return, you will be responsible for**:
- Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality
- Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility, and physical comfort
- Ensuring that our residents eating and drinking needs are met
- Reporting to our dedicated nurse team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues, or visitors
- Undertaking observations of our residents and document this as necessary in their care plans
- Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled
**Please note**:this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
