**Location**: The Pig on the Beach, Studland Manor Road, Swanage

**Hours**: Full Time, £31,500 PA, plus service charge

**Salary**: £31,500 PA Plus Service Charge

In the busy months our housekeeping team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month. Whilst service charge varies, there is never a quiet day at THE PIGs, so you can expect your piggy bank to be filled.

**Hours**: 45 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Executive Head Housekeeper to lead our dedicated housekeeping team.

Some may say the housekeeping team are the back bone of the hotel operation. For our housekeeping team it is not just about making beds, it is about having an eye for detail and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

The role of Head Housekeeper is key to our success. As Head Housekeeper you will need to have a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get stuck in.

As Executive Head Housekeeper, you will be proactive and hands on, leading your team from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels of standards across all areas of the hotel. You will have overall responsibility for the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas. You will proactively manage and inspect the performance of the team, leading by example and providing development opportunities.

With a Head Housekeeper reporting in to you. You will have a strong focus on the back of house operation, ensuring all housekeeping related administration is carried out to a high & efficient standard. This role is key to maintaining morale across the team, covering any team or people related enquiries. In addition, you will take responsibility for the condition of all furnishings, fittings and equipment, liaising with the maintenance team as and when required.

Experience as a Head Housekeeper or within a similar role required. We are seeking a motivated, team player who has excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
