**As a Barista, your main duties will include**:

- Managing the coffee rushes and consistently delivering all drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensuring coffee machines are manned during busy periods to ensure speed standards are achieved and ask for help when required.
- Engaging and communicates comfortably with customers making them feel welcome and encouraging them to come back to Coco.
- Contributing to our great atmosphere by displaying a sense of urgency and engaging with the team.
- Ensuring drinks are made to the correct standards at all times
- Recognises where help is required and proactively supports other members of the team.
