An opportunity has arisen to join our small, but busy Finance team. Assisting the Sales and Purchase ledger functions, the position would suit a dynamic individual looking to take on a varied role that involves all administrative aspects of the company’s finance function.
The role is part-time and the working hours could be adjusted to suit any school/childcare commitments.
**Key Duties**:
- Assist with the sales and purchase ledger functions, including credit control and chasing of debtors
- Reconciling of supplier statements
- Processing incoming mail
- Bank reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc duties
**Key Competencies**:
- Good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel
- Good knowledge of Sage Line 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Team player
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
