This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new role our Housing team, supporting and shaping our services for continual improvement so that we meet the housing regulatory framework and deliver on high quality services.

West Lancashire Borough Council own and manage circa 6000 homes across the Skelmersdale and Ormskirk areas, and as Housing Insight & Performance officer you will lead on data insight, collection and submission for the landlord role. You will demonstrate experience of developing systems and processes so that collection and analyse of customer data, feedback, profiles, and evidence can be used to inform service improvements.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused, can co-ordinate information and use it for insight and data driven performance improvements to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the Housing Managers, services across the council and with our customers, and partners to ensure we deliver a high-quality landlord service.

We are looking for someone who can implement best practise, ensure compliance, and can review and analyse performance indicators and customer feedback to shape services.
