Service care Solution are currently recruiting for an Early Intervention Youth Advisor in the London Borough of Lambeth.

**Main Responsibilities**

***

As an Early Intervention Youth Advisor, some of your responsibilities will be:
***
- To take referrals and act as a case worker to engage with young people to provide targeted support to help identify and address their expressed needs.
- To operate in accordance with best safeguarding practice and to promote safeguarding among associate agencies and organisations.
- To provide advice and support to enable young people to develop their potential and meet their aspirations as mature members of society.
- To use IYSS and other systems as appropriate to keep accurate records of all contacts and monitor the progress of all young people on the caseload.
- To utilise and support education and training institutions and employers in meeting the needs of young people.

**Requirements**:
***
- Sufficient experience of working with young people, including those at risk, in a variety of settings.
- To undertake evening and weekend work as required.
- A range of recognised qualifications in associated fields will be acceptable: Qualifications / Diploma in Connexions, Youth Work, Careers, Social Care, Teaching, Health, Youth Offending/ Probation Services Experience in similar roles
