MPA Recruitment Armagh are working in partnership to assist our client the **Northern Ireland Housing Executive **to recruit a Building Surveyor for the Armagh Area.

Job Duties

To carry out physical surveys and inspections to deliver the rolling stock condition survey programme, as agreed with the Survey Team Leader, ensuring that asset data on the condition and attributes for each Housing Executive residential property is recorded and uploaded onto the Asset Management System (Keystone), in line with our vision and values as outlined below.

Qualifications/Experience

1. (i) bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/technical qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline, plus 2 years’ post qualification relevant* experience.

OR

(ii) A relevant BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline, plus 3 years’ relevant* post qualification experience.

OR

(iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and least 4 years relevant* experience

Access to a car is essential for this role.

Basic Access NI required at a cost of £18.

**Temporary role initially for 3 months with possibility of extension**

**£10.42 per hour**

**Monday-Friday 9-5**
