Are you a diligent and efficient **cosmetic c**ompounder**?

Looking for a **hands-on** opportunity where you can help a company to flourish?

This cosmetic manufacturer has grown steadily in recent years, working with customers around the world, from **indie brands** to **£20m + global companies**. As Product Compounder, you will join a **flexible**, **collaborative team** who do whatever it takes to get the job done.

In this role, you will take the formulation from the lab, working through **scale up**, **compounding** and **mixing** the orders. With an eye to quality and accuracy, you will check the finished mixture is **on spec** and ensure relevant **logs**, **records** and **forms** are completed.

Utilising your experience and expertise, you will **correct issues** and **adjust batches** as needed. You will confidently **report decisions, problems and questions**. You are careful to comply with **procedures**, **quality standards** and Good Manufacturing Practises (**GMP**) as well as **safety **and **environmental** regulations.
