At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Working directly with the Engineering Manager you will be an integral part of a team, analysing current practices and implement improvements to ultimately reduce engineering downtime. Responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with engineering teams and Senior Management
- Maintenance of current PPM system
- Ordering of parts from different suppliers
- Raising and receipting order numbers
- Maintaining CAD drawings
- Keeping engineering paperwork audit ready and compliant
- Taking ownership of site calibration schedules
- Issuing of permit to works and training of new recruits
- Analysing and filling of risk assessments and method statements
- Liaising with contractors
- Maintaining engineering weekly spend sheet
- Maintaining engineering holiday spread sheet
- Supporting engineers/handymen as and when required
- Support with overtime as and when required
- Various other engineering admin roles

**ABOUT YOU**:
If you’re fanatical about food, thrive under pressure and have the can-do spirit that’s created our success. Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:

- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Preferably worked within the food or FMCG industries
- Familiar with the Shire System (Piranha)
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Excellent I.T capabilities
