Support Worker - Various Hours Available - Swillington, Leeds - £10.70 per hour

Each hour worked at the weekend, beginning from the start time of the waking night shift on the Friday until the end of the waking night shift on the Monday morning, will include a £1.00 per hour weekend enhancement.

Travel costs for attending an interview will be reimbursed up to a value of £10 where receipts are provided.

We are looking for Support Workers in Swillington, to support amazing adults with learning disabilities enjoy their holidays in a respite setting (Short Breaks). We are committed to enabling extraordinary lives through outstanding support and through our Mission, Vision and Values.

What we need from you

You will need to be motivated to encourage and support our individuals with everyday tasks and activities including cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, bowling and sensory play.

You will need to have or be willing to develop fantastic communication skills, as our individuals have varied support and communication needs.

Being a driver isn’t essential, but it would be beneficial if you were.
