Are you a qualified HCPC registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser looking for a new opportunity** **with a progressive and rapidly expanding company?

Elite Audiology & MediCare Recruitment is working in partnership with this very successful company to recruit an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to work across their clinics in **Somerset.** You will be travelling up to 2 hours so need to be flexible and enjoy commuting.
An excellent salary & benefits package is available as follows:
**£50 000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus**
**10% Flat Commission on all sales**
**Company Car (Choice from Electric, Hybrid or Petrol/Diesel)**
**25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays**

You will need to provide exceptional clinical and patient care and will be given the autonomy to manage your diary to allow you to provide the level of care needed for your patients.
You will be provided with support and training where needed (including micro-suction training if you are not already qualified) and have access to the latest technology and all the equipment you need, including Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, REMs, Microsuction and Irrigation equipment. The company prides itself on offering an excellent induction programme and you will enjoy learning about the company and settling in with new colleagues together.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Conduct Hearing Assessments and recommend the best hearing needs for your client on a bespoke basis
- Fit and dispense hearing aids
- Arrange and conduct Aftercare appointments with your clients
- Carrying out wax removal **(training available if you are not qualified in this already)**
**You need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field preferred.
- HCPC registered as a HAD
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with hearing loss.
- Proficient in using audiological equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry advancements.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards.
