**Shift Engineer (HVAC)**

**£45,000 - £47,000 Basic** + Pension + Package

**Key Responsibilities**
- PPM's, breakdowns, and repairs on mechanical & electrical plant
- Ensure compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
- Ensure health and safety standards are being met
- Managing Contractors
- Operating the BMS system
- Shift work

**Background Required**
- Experienced HVAC Engineer / Shift Engineer / Building Services Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Experience operating BMS (Building Management Systems)
- NVQ or City and Guilds in a HVAC related discipline
