**Job Description**:
Within Experian, our Third-Party Security Specialists perform support activities to assist with the completion of assessments and delivery of the TPS Programme and participates in special projects. There are three main priorities for this position:

- Support the completion of TPS assessment activities and the delivery of the TPS Programme to meet Experian policy requirements.
- Act as an additional resource to the TPS team as required in special projects and routine processing.
- Support the VP, Third Party Security with improvements to the TPS Management System (TPSMS) and ensure that it meets Experian policy and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a resource for the delivery of the TPS programme to facilitate the completion and recording of TPS assurance activities.
- Act as an additional resource to the TPS team in all regions as required to complete TPS assurance activities.
- Perform tasks (routine or individual) to update and correct TPS records and data.
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews in all regions with accurate and timely feedback, and participate in special projects as required.
- Develop and publish effective training materials on the TPSMS Framework for use by the TPS team and wider Experian community.
- Provide training for onboarding new members of the TPS team and updating existing members of the TPS team.
- Ongoing Monitoring of Information Security Alerts for Third Parties, with triage and escalation as required.
- Engage with Experian GSOC to support investigation and remediation of Information Security Incidents
- Provide support and guidance on policy and process to the TPS team in all regions.
- Provide support and guidance on TPS measures and statistics in all regions.
- Identify opportunities for further automation and provide manual support as required.
- Act as an ambassador for TPS and engage with stakeholders to provide support.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience / background in GRC, QA, IT, Information Security or project management.
- Technical background with prior hands-on experience is desirable
- Ability, drive and motivation to research and provide the right guidance and find possible solutions. Ability to push back where the risk outweighs the benefits.
- Curiosity to ask questions and challenge status quo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving & Analysis.
- Process driven, and has eye for detail, automation and efficiency to improve programs / processes.
- Good collaboration, relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Strong foundation in the use of Microsoft Office products. Desirable experience of managing large volumes of data.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
