You will be dedicated to achieving the highest standards and to providing the ultimate in customer service. You will also be flexible, reliable and love working as part of a team. You will ensure all daily and deep cleaning is carried out to the highest standards and schedules are met while ensuring residents’ privacy is maintained.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the House Keeping Supervisor / Home Manager to the required Company standards.
- Ensure that items are washed, dried and ironed in accordance with appropriate instructions.
- Ensure that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition
- Report any defect to the Home Manager.
- Carry out any other reasonable instructions.
- Attend and be knowledgeable of all statutory training sessions including, Fire, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Moving and Handling and COSHH etc.
